On this Giving Tuesday, support Texas Homeless Network in the spirit of compassion and generosity to address one of society’s most pressing challenges: homelessness. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, has the power to make a significant impact on the lives of those experiencing homelessness.
By contributing to Texas Homeless Network today, you are making an incredible impact on our neighbors experiencing homelessness across the state. As the only statewide agency focused on homelessness, your donation to Texas Homeless Network impacts every single homeless service provider and those they serve across our great state.
Together, we can build a future where everyone has a place to call home. Join the movement this Giving Tuesday and be a catalyst for change in the lives of those who need it most.
Support our cause by choosing a shirt from the selection below, adding it to your cart, and checking out as you would for any online purchase. Your purchase of a $50 t-shirt not only gives you something to wear with pride, but also directly funds our work of making homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in Texas.
To express our heartfelt thanks, we are excited to include two THN stickers along with your shirt as a gesture of gratitude for your $50 donation, available until December.
If you’re interested in donating a sum other than the flat $50 for the t-shirt provided in the link, you’re in luck! Any amount makes a difference in our mission to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in Texas.
Note: If you donate more than $50 and would like a t-shirt, you must email development@thn.org with your size and which shirt you would like in order to claim your shirt.
We are currently recruiting volunteers for the annual Point-In-Time Count.
For many counties, the Point-in-Time Count is the only opportunity to collect data on how many people are currently experiencing homelessness in their community. By participating in the Point-in-Time Count, you are collecting data that helps service providers plan for and respond to homelessness in their area. Join the Texas Balance of State CoC for the 2024 Point-In-Time count on January 25th, 2024. For more information please contact ava@thn.org.
Looking to expand your advocacy impact? Texas Homeless Network is always looking for volunteers to connect with on local, state, and federal advocacy efforts. We host monthly advocates committee calls, send alerts to advocates involved in our network, and organize advocacy opportunities throughout the year. Email statewideinitiaves@thn.org for more information.
Want to help in your local community? There are countless ways to help your unhoused neighbors closest to you. The best way to learn about opportunities in your area is to contact the Continuum of Care Point-of-Contact for your area. The latest information can be found on the HUD Exchange here.
