Don't miss the 10/9 deadline: THN's QAP Public Comment

The TDHCA board will be considering proposed changes to the Qualified Allocation Plan. This plan sets policy for tax credits that are awarded for building new affordable and supportive housing. These proposed changes are to the Supportive Housing Definition. These changes would establish additional barriers limiting opportunity for people experiencing homelessness to escape that condition and further tie the hands of homeless response systems that seek to help individuals and households out of homelessness. Public comment is due by 5pm CST on 10/9/2020. Comments can be submitted via the
