With the 24^th annual campaign underway, many have asked how they can support Hurricane recovery efforts through the SECC.  Employees can search for SECC charities that are helping in this area by logging on and typing the words “Hurricane relief†in the search field: Click here to view 2017 SECC Charities . As many state employees and agencies were directly impacted, your support is needed now more than ever, because recovery will take months and even years.  As you consider making your contribution, reach out to co-workers and ask them to join you.  One of the great strengths of the SECC, is that your contribution provides a stable source of funds for organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life for people throughout the year in communities locally, across the country, and around the world.

 

The 2017 SECC statewide goal is $8,461,000.  Did you know? If half of the 267,000+ state employees each gave $65, we can meet this goal.  It takes everyone working together to support our state.  Thank you for being Texas Strong!
