USER DASHBOARD
From the User Dashboard, staff can view news from the HMIS team and their administrators as well as active enrollments and caseloads.

CLIENT DASHBOARD
The Client Dashboard in the Client Track section allows staff to see the client’s demographics, all enrollments, services provided, as well as client goals, if any have been assigned.

PROGRAM ENTRY WORKFLOW
The client intake form begins the enrollment process. Staff enters a client's personally identifiable information (PII) including household members and emergency contacts, demographic data, and electronic release information.

CHECK-IN HISTORY
Residential programs use HMIS to maintain records for various housing facilities as well as track check-in history.

CLIENT GOALS
Case managers can set short-term and long-term goals for clients. Staff can set target dates and document progress toward acheiving those goals.

FACILITY VIEW
Shelter Track providies a visual representation of each facility. Shelter staff can see who is currently assigned to each bed and manage bed assignments.

ROSTER REPORT
Supervisors can pull daily rosters from HMIS to better manage operations.

CURRENT RESIDENTS
Staff can quickly check in and exit residents in HMIS.

referral directory

REFERRAL DIRECTORY
From the Resource Track section, staff can pull up a list of providers in participating areas, notify referral organizations with an automated email, and track outcomes.
