2017 State ESG Materials

Applicants for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs' (TDHCA’s) Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program funding are required to obtain an Attachment A Form signed by the Continuum of Care (CoC) Lead Agency. Attachment A verifies applicants' participation and coordination with the CoC, including consulting with the CoC on the project proposed for funding.

Texas Homeless Network (THN) is the Lead Agency for the Texas Balance of State CoC (TX BoS CoC). Applicants in the TX BoS CoC should follow the process THN has designed in order to request an Attachment A form.
